The pipes are heated to high temperatures, typically above their recrystallization temperature, and then rapidly cooled. 

This rapid cooling is often achieved through water quenching or air cooling.


Results: 

Online bright solution helps in reducing the formation of scales, oxide layers, and discoloration on the surface of the stainless steel pipes. 

It eliminates any dark spots, stains, or impurities, resulting in a smooth and lustrous surface finish.



Annealing: 

Annealing is a heat treatment process that is performed after the production of stainless steel pipes. 

It involves heating the pipes to specific temperatures and then cooling them slowly to achieve desired material properties.


Purpose: 

Annealing serves various purposes, such as relieving internal stresses, improving ductility, and enhancing the mechanical properties of stainless steel pipes.
